CONCRETE PLANT
Mert İnşaat meets the concrete needs of its projects continuously and at high quality through its own concrete plant. Supported by marble and limestone resources from our licensed mining sites, our production infrastructure guarantees the use of high-standard concrete across all our construction projects. (This activity was previously carried out under our group company Doğa Madencilik, all operations now continuing under Mert İnşaat.)
Drill Pile, Anchorage, and Foundation Excavation
Mert İnşaat carries out drill pile, anchorage, and foundation excavation works with its own equipment and technical staff. From soil surveys to foundation preparation, the entire process is carefully managed to ensure every project is built on safe and solid ground.
Beige Marble and Natural Stone
Mert İnşaat is one of the leading companies in the industry, which operated sources with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons sourced from mining areas across Turkey. The company supplied raw material to the largest iron-steel manufacturers in Turkey, processed this raw material at its own facilities to deliver the high-quality products required by the iron-steel industry. (This activity was previously carried out under our group company Akça Madencilik, all operations now continuing under Mert İnşaat.)
Limestone and Grit Operations
Mert İnşaat produced limestone — one of the main inputs of the iron-steel industry — on its own 2,000-decare licensed sites. Our annual production capacity exceeded 1 million tons. A significant portion of the limestone needs of Ereğli Iron-Steel Co. (ERDEMİR), Turkey's largest iron-steel facility and a globally recognized high-quality steel producer, was met by our company.
High-quality beige marble and natural stone were produced on our sites. Processed at our own facilities and supplied to the market as finished and semi-finished products, our beige marble and natural stone were used in interior decoration, landscaping on hard surfaces, and the construction of street and sidewalk curbing.
Mert İnşaat also produced crushed stone for road, asphalt, and construction aggregate, as well as infrastructure material. The crushing, screening, and washing units at our facility reached a capacity of 2,000 tons/hour. A concrete plant with a capacity of 120 tons/hour was also established at our own facilities.

Sand and Gravel Sieving Plant
Mert İnşaat has operated in the mining, cement production, energy stations, and port construction industries. Our company has established a limestone factory. It has built a cement factory with an annual capacity of 2 million tons in the West Black Sea Region of Turkey. In addition, it has developed projects to build two energy stations in the same region, and has designed its own ports to meet the needs of the energy stations and the cement factory. (This activity was previously carried out under our group company YD Mining; all related operations will continue under Mert İnşaat.)

MERT İnşaat’s fields of activity include the construction of cement plants, mining operations, power plants, and port infrastructure.
Previously, through our group company YD Madencilik A.Ş., a cement plant with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons was developed in the Western Black Sea region. In addition, limestone reserves with an estimated capacity of 400 million tons, owned by our company, were brought into operation.
The company also carried out development studies for the construction of two power plants in the same region, with installed capacities of 600 MW and 800 MW, respectively. Furthermore, a port project was designed to support the logistics requirements of both the power plants and the cement plant, ensuring the efficient transportation of raw materials and finished products.
