MERT İNŞAAT Machinery Industry and Trade Co. was established in Istanbul in 1995 by an experienced team of professionals who had been active in the construction, mining, infrastructure, and machinery manufacturing sectors
since 1985.
Since its establishment, MERT İNŞAAT has successfully completed and delivered numerous projects, primarily in Istanbul, on schedule and to a high standard of quality. The company's portfolio includes the construction of roads, infrastructure systems, bridges, factories, underpasses, highway interchanges, residential developments, villa complexes,
and riverbank improvement projects.
Following the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, MERT İNŞAAT played a significant role in the disaster recovery process by undertaking the demolition and debris removal of approximately 12,000 earthquake-damaged buildings within the affected region. The project was carried out using a fleet of approximately 400 excavators and 2,000 trucks, demonstrating the company's large-scale operational capacity.
